Q01Do we have to stop using Tally?

No. Warehousebook exports vouchers to Tally, one way, so your accountant keeps working in Tally while the site runs on Warehousebook.

Q02We run SAP. Does this replace it?

It doesn’t have to. Many warehouses run the floor, gate, fleet and people on Warehousebook alongside their ERP.

Q03Can it generate e-invoices and e-way bills?

Invoices are IRN and QR ready, and the e-way bill register is linked to the LR. Generation activates once your GST Suvidha Provider is connected.

Q04What happens when the Wi-Fi drops at the dock?

Stock transfers scanned on the floor app queue on the phone and sync when the signal returns.

Q05Is there a mobile app?

Yes, an Android app for floor, gate and supervisor work. Everything else runs in any modern browser.
