Q01Does it replace SAP?
No. Warehousebook runs the gate, the stores and the workforce next to SAP. Stock and order sync with SAP (inventory, sales and purchase orders, GRNs) is done by import and export, or as a scoped project. There is no stock or order API today.
Q02What can SAP or our IT team read from it?
A read-only GraphQL API for workers, attendance, leaves, vehicles, trips, lorry receipts, invoices, bills, vendors and assets, and webhooks for six events: bill paid, delivery order dispatched, invoice finalised, salary paid, visitor approved and work order received.
Q03Can we bring in our existing data?
Yes. Import templates cover purchase orders, delivery orders, work orders, products, materials, opening stock, workers, contractors and attendance, with headers mapped automatically.
Q04Does it certify our statutory compliance?
